Since 2005, we have been cultivating and hand-harvesting the four sacred herbs—sage, cedar, sweetgrass, and juniper—on our land in Hemmingford, Quebec. Treat yourself to a true purification ritual with this botanical bath salt enriched with these sacred plants.

.Food grade Epsom salt: Epsom baths can help relax muscles and reduce stress and anxiety. The absorption of magnesium sulfate through the skin can also promote relaxation and are often used to relieve muscle and joint pain, especially after exercise or in cases of muscle tension.

Epsom salt can help exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells, leaving it softer and smoother. It can also help reduce skin inflammation, which can be beneficial for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Some people use Epsom baths to help remove toxins from the body. Magnesium sulfate can help stimulate the body's natural detoxification process by promoting the elimination of waste and toxins through the skin's pores.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Prepare your bathtub:Start by cleaning your bathtub to ensure it's clean. Then fill it with warm to hot water at a temperature that's comfortable for you.

Add the Epsom salt:Pour about 1 to 2 tablespoons of wintergreen and plantain Epsom salt bath salt into the bathwater while it's running. Stir the water with your hand to ensure the salt is fully dissolved.

Soak yourself:Once your tub is filled and the Epsom salt is dissolved, get in the water and relax. You can stay in the bath for about 15 to 30 minutes, or even longer if you prefer.

Enjoy the benefits:While you're in the bath, relax and breathe deeply. Epsom salt can help relieve muscle pain, relax tense muscles, and calm the mind.

Moisturize after bathing:After finishing your Epsom salt bath, rinse quickly in the shower to remove the salt from your skin. Then, gently pat yourself dry with a towel and apply one of our Anokian Nature skin repair creams to seal in moisture.
TIPS AND TRICKS

Create a relaxing atmosphere: Before diving into your Epsom salt bath, create a relaxing ambiance by lighting scented candles, turning off bright lights, and listening to soft music. You can also meditate or practice deep breathing exercises during your bath to promote relaxation.

Moisturize after bathing:After taking your Epsom salt bath, be sure to hydrate yourself well by drinking water to compensate for the moisture lost during the bath.

Soak your feet:Soak your feet in the salt water and relax for at least 10 to 15 minutes. You can also gently massage your feet while soaking to stimulate blood circulation and relieve tension.

Dry and moisturize:After completing your foot bath, dry your feet thoroughly with a clean towel and apply Anokian Nature Repair Cream to seal in the moisture in your feet.
