Refund policy

If you return a product due to damage or a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to exchange it or issue a refund within 10 days of purchase. To do so, please include the original receipt with the returned item(s), along with a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the product properly and in accordance with Anokian Nature Inc.’s guidelines. The company cannot be held responsible for individual reactions, personal preferences, or any adverse effects resulting from the use of its products.
