Return and Exchange Policy

If you are returning a product due to damage or a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to exchange it or issue a refund within 10 days of receipt. Please include the original invoice with the returned item(s), along with a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

Gardening Kits with Seeds (Digital Guide and Seeds)

These kits include a digital guide that is available for immediate access after purchase, as well as seeds that are shipped separately. As these items are sold as an inseparable package, once the digital guide has been downloaded, the entire order is considered fulfilled and the sale becomes final and non-refundable, including the seeds.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to use the products properly and in accordance with Anokian Nature Inc.'s instructions and guidelines. Anokian Nature Inc. cannot be held responsible for individual reactions, personal preferences, or any adverse effects resulting from the use of its products.
