Shipping policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. Online orders are delivered within 3 to 9 business days for Quebec and Ontario, and 5 to 10 business days for other Canadian provinces. If the delivery time is expected to be longer, we will contact you.

For Quebec and Ontario, a $13 shipping fee before taxes will be added to your invoice for orders under $95 before taxes and shipping. Shipping is free for orders of $95 and more.

For other Canadian provinces, a fixed shipping fee of $27.99 before taxes applies to all orders, unless otherwise specified as part of an online store promotion.

Our company will not refund shipping fees if a package is refused by the customer. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@anokian.com and include a photo of the damaged package or product with your email.
