Epsom salt can help exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells, leaving it softer and smoother. It can also help reduce skin inflammation, which can be beneficial for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Prepare your bathtub:Start by cleaning your bathtub to ensure it's clean. Then fill it with warm to hot water at a temperature that's comfortable for you.

Add the Epsom salt:Pour about 1 to 2 tablespoons of wintergreen and plantain Epsom salt bath salt into the bathwater while it's running. Stir the water with your hand to ensure the salt is fully dissolved.

Soak yourself:Once your tub is filled and the Epsom salt is dissolved, get in the water and relax. You can stay in the bath for about 15 to 30 minutes, or even longer if you prefer.
