Relaxing bath salt with a floral scent, made with lilacs grown on our farm in Hemmingford.

Lilac:We grow pesticide-free and lovingly harvest lilacs on our estate, then transform these precious ingredients into powerful extracts for our body care products.

Soothing for the skin:Lilac flower infusion can be used as an ingredient in lotions and skin toners due to its soothing properties. It can help calm skin irritations and reduce redness.

Prepare your bathtub:Start by cleaning your bathtub to ensure it's clean. Then fill it with warm to hot water at a temperature that's comfortable for you.

Add the Epsom salt:Pour about 1 to 2 tablespoons of wintergreen and plantain Epsom salt bath salt into the bathwater while it's running. Stir the water with your hand to ensure the salt is fully dissolved.

Soak yourself:Once your tub is filled and the Epsom salt is dissolved, get in the water and relax. You can stay in the bath for about 15 to 30 minutes, or even longer if you prefer.
