Honey infused with young balsam fir shoots grown at our Hemmingford farm, with a woody and resinous flavor, perfect in herbal teas, desserts, or marinades.

We walk the forest and lovingly harvest pesticide-free balsam fir and cedar from an estate in Northern Canada, then transform these precious ingredients into powerful extracts for our food and body care products.
