Balsam fir and wild mint: plant extracts from our own farming, grown with respect for biodiversity.

Wintergreen and plantain: grown on our farm, they give the bath salt its fresh scent.

Food-grade Epsom salt: leaves skin soft and smooth.

Fair-trade shea butter, honey, beeswax and pure plant oils: they nourish and protect the skin.

Wood ash: at the heart of our traditional soap-making method.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Bath: pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of bath salt into hot water and relax for 15 to 30 minutes.

2. Soap: lather on wet skin or hair, massage gently, then rinse.

3. Cream: apply a small amount to the desired areas and massage until absorbed.

Precautions: for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
