Elderberry: Elderberry mother tincture is a concentrated liquid extract of the berries or flowers of elderberry (Sambucus nigra). It is commonly used for its medicinal properties, including supporting the immune system and relieving cold and flu symptoms.

How to use
Directions: Take one teaspoon (5ml) 3 times a day.
Standard dosage:

For children (over 12 years): The recommended dose is generally 10 to 15 drops (approximately 0.5 to 0.75 ml), diluted in a little water, two to three times a day.
