Mission
The mission that Anokian Nature’s fonder, Minda, has given herself is to pass on to her children the aboriginal culture. It means to cherish and respect our Mother Nature, to consciously harvest its treasures of food and medicine that she offers and sharing its benefits remains her priority. Working with our Mother Nature demands time : Minda does personally her gatherings and macerations according to a long and delicate procedure that takes 8 to 10 weeks to complete. Every flower or fruit (wild rose, mint, lilac, blueberries, etc…) is renewed in the maceration every 4 to 6 days until the desired color, texture and perfume is obtained.

Some macerations are made of tropical fruits, which bring an astringent note and sustain some of our indigenous plants.
